2. Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills are vital in your role as a staff member. You must be able to express yourself clearly and respectfully, both in written form and during interactions with players and other staff members. A friendly and patient demeanor is essential when addressing player inquiries and handling disputes.
3. Discord and Voice Communication:
Since our community utilizes Discord for communication, it's crucial that you are comfortable using the platform. Voice communication is sometimes necessary, especially during staff meetings or handling urgent incidents.
4. Time Commitment:
We expect our staff members to be active and available to contribute regularly. While we understand that everyone has personal commitments, we seek individuals who can devote a reasonable amount of time each week to community-related tasks.
5. Age Requirement:
The minimum age requirement for staff applicants is 16 years old. We believe that this age ensures maturity and responsible decision-making when dealing with various situations.
6. Integrity and Impartiality:
Our staff members must uphold a high standard of integrity and impartiality. You should be fair, unbiased, and refrain from favoritism or conflicts of interest that may arise within the community.
7. Conflict Resolution:
